Shipping policy

Our postcards are currently coming to us in small batches as we test out this new product line. Stock is very limited so in the case of a lost package, a refund may be all we can pass on until another postcard order is made on our end.

 

Please allow up to 1 week for order processing. We try to only go to town once per week and will mail orders out then. Please also allow extra time for shipment to come from Alaska!

 

If you choose our cheapest shipping option (only available for 1-2 postcards/based on weight). You understand that there is no way to track your order and it is not insured. If the order is truly lost (does not arrive in 2-3 weeks) then we will work with you on refunds/re-orders.

 

If you choose our insured shipping options, lost packages will be refunded as we can report the loss and recoup the order amount. If you like, we can work with you on new postcards too!
