MV Tustemena Ferry Postcard

Did You Know? The MV Tustemena nicknamed, "Trusty Trusty" was first built 62 years ago, (in 1964) and is still in use today?

Although the MV Tustemena was scheduled to be retired in 2019, she is still in use today after completing her recent annual shipyard overhaul.

She was built with a vehicle elevator so that she can load and unload regardless of the tide levels!

The MV Tustemena is the smallest Alaska Marine Highway System vessel with cabins and holds the status of an "ocean-going" vessel alongside only one other AMHS vessel.

Orders of 1-2 postcards can be shipped via envelope with NO TRACKING NUMBER. To include tracking on small order shipping, make sure to select the correct option at checkout.

Orders of 3 or more postcards MUST be shipped via bubble mailer and will include tracking.

Please allow up to 1 full week for shipping to complete. The post office is far away for us and with current gas prices, we only go to town once a week!

Please allow plenty of time (at least a week) for your shipment to arrive after we fulfill your order, Alaska is a good distance from almost everywhere. Except Canada..
